Ruby Lee Latham Lane, 90, of Maplesville died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. She was born on Tuesday, January 23, 1923 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Latham and the late Gladys Heath Shoults Latham. She was a Radiology Technician in San Antonio, TX during World War II. She was a member of the Alabama silverhaired legislature, representing Chilton County. Surviving are Sister, Martha Hess of Atlanta, GA; Sister-in-law, Evelyn Latham of Atmore, AL; Niece, Patricia Lane, Maryland, Margaret Lane, Maryland, Rebecca Rast of Hoover, AL, Carolyn Loggins of Pace, FL, Cynthia Rogers of Atmore, AL; Nephews, Hunter Hess of Atlanta, GA, Joseph Latham of Hoover, AL; Numerous Great-Nieces, Nephews & Friends. Friends will be received from 1-2, Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Pleasant Grove Baptist #2 Church. Services will be held Sunday, April 21, 2013, at 2:00 pm. at Pleasant Grove Bapt. #2 Church with Rev.
