She was born on Friday, June 21, 1935 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Napoleon Posey and the late Minnie Cofer Posey. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Daughter, Kathy (Davis) Culpepper of Jemison, AL; Son, Sydney (Debra) Weeks of Randolph, AL; Sister, Annie Posey of Jemison, AL; Brother, Jim (Joyce) Posey of Jemison, AL; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 5-8, Monday, November 9, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at 11:00 AM. at Union Springs Baptist with Bro. Steve Johnson and Bro. Evie Megginson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Springs Cemetery, Randolph, AL Martin Funeral Home directing.
