Ruth Dean Haney

Ruth Dean Haney, 79, of Prattville, Alabama passed away January 23, 2022 at her Residence in Prattville, Alabama.

She was born April 24, 1942 in Selma, Alabama, daughter of the late Willie Grady Middlebrooks and the late Jewel Evelyn Harvey Middlebrooks.

She was a Deli & Bakery Manager.

Surviving her is her Husband of 62 years, Thomas "Sport" D. Haney, Sr.;  Daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Haney (Richard) Leonard; Daughter, Wanda G. Haney; Son, Thomas "Danny" (Brooke) Haney, Jr.; Sister, Judy Middlebrooks (Randy) Berkstresser; Brother, Charles R. Middlebrooks; 9 Grandchildren; 14 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Her Father, Willie Grady Middlebrooks; Mother, Jewel Evelyn Harvey Middlebrooks; Sister, Margaret M. (Billy) Mitchell; Sister, Doris M. Middlebrooks, Sister, Mildred Wileane Middlebrooks (Johnny) Green; William "Bud" W. Middlebrooks.

Celebration of their Lives, will be held , February 19, 2022, at 12:00 pm. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Middlebrooks, officiating. This will celebrate both the lives of Thomas "Sport" D. Haney, Sr. and Ruth Dean Haney, as they went to be with the Lord just weeks apart.
