Samuel Cowel Coppage, 80, of Clanton died Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Wednesday, November 2, 1932 in Troy, Alabama, Son of the late Charles F. Coppage and the late Donie Brooks Coppage. He was a Painter. Surviving are Sister, Emogene Gorman of Troy, AL; 4 Nephews, William (Hermie) Coppage, Gerald (Alvis) Coppage, John Jr. Keene, , Kenny Keene; Niece, Alice Keene; 2 Great-Nephews, Jerry Coppage & Danny Coppage. Friends will be received from 6-8, Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, March 10, 2013, at 2:00 pm. at Green Hills Cemetery in Troy, Alabama.
