Sandy James Carlin, 78, of Clanton, Alabama passed away August 12, 2023, at his residence
He was born April 6, 1945, in Alabama, son of the late Hugh Carlin and the late Beula Carlin.
He was a Sheet Metal Worker.
Surviving are his Wife, Regena Carlin; Daughters, Terry (Kevin) Settle, Trisha (James) Layton, Beth (Roy) Kryscuk and Jennifer Williams; 10 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Hugh Daniel Carlin; Mother, Beula Mae Carlin; Son, David Carlin; Sister, Carolyn Carlin; Brother, Melton Carlin; Grandson, James Settle; Great-Granddaughter, Elizabeth Woods.
Friends will be received Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church.
Services will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Simpler officiating.
