Sarah Leevonia Daniel Edwards

Sarah LeeVonia Daniel Edwards, 96, of Clanton, Alabama passed away January 28, 2025, at her residence.

She was born February 3, 1928, in Alabama, daughter of the late James Daniel and the late Ester Melton Daniel.

She worked for many years at Edwards Jewelers.

Surviving are her Daughter, Judy Lane Edwards Woods; Sons, Edwin Randall (Tracy) Edwards and Danny Lee (Tammy) Edwards; Daughter-in-law, DeeDee Edwards; 13 Grandchildren and 23 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Eddie Edwards; Father, James Calvin Daniel; Mother, Ester Estell Melton Daniel; Son, Rex Edmond Edwards; Brothers, Curtis Daniel, J.A. Buck Daniel; Son-in-Law, Gary  Woods.

Friends will be received Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Justin Nelson officiating.

Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's hospital, American Diabetes Association, or American Heart Association.
