Sarah Marlene Minor

Sarah Marlene Minor, 64, of Clanton, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019. She was born on December 29, 1954 to Roy and Sarah Bates of Clanton, Alabama. Sarah devoted her life to her husband, Gary "Goober" Minor. Sarah is survived by her loving spouse, Gary Minor; Sister, Jane (Donny) Easterling; Two Brothers, Gary Mims, Paul Mims; Two Nephews, Kevin (Melissa) Easterling, J D (Baylee) Minor; Two Nieces, Laura Easterling, and Jessica (Judson) Mott; Great-Nephew, Keegan Oaks; Great-Niece, Alli Mott; . She was preceded in death by her Parents, Roy Howard and Sarah Nell Bates Mims. Visitation will be held Monday, October 14, 2019, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Concord Baptist Church, Clanton, Alabama. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at Concord Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama, with Randall Mims, officiating. Burial will take place following the service at Concord Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association to honor Sarah Marlene Minor.
