AL, Daughter of the late Tom Bates and the late Laura Mims Bates. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her 2 Daughters, Marlene (Gary) Minor of Clanton, AL, Jane (Donny) Easterling of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Gary Mims of Clanton, AL, Paul Mims of Clanton, AL; 2 Grandchildren, Kevin (Melissa) Easterling of Clanton, AL, Laura Easterling of Clanton, AL; Great-Grandchild, Keegan Oaks of Clanton, AL. She was preceded in death by her Husband, R. Howard Mims. Friends will be received from 5-8, Wednesday, May 26, 2010 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
