Sarah Nell Polk

Sarah Nell Polk, 88, of Clanton, Alabama passed away December 10, 2025, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL.

She was born June 15, 1937, in Alabama, daughter of the late Revis Patterson and the late Louise Patterson.

She was a United States Post Office mail carrier.

Surviving are her Daughter, Ginger (Terry) Gray; Grandsons, Kevin (Kacy)Gray, Trent (Jessica) Gray, Shane (Kim) Polk, Heath (Christin) Polk; Granddaughters, Kayla (Blake) Williams, Heather (Brian) Hughes, Trinity Polk, Chassidy Polk.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Revis Patterson; Mother, Louise Patterson; Sons, James Walter Polk, Bill Polk; Friend, Dale Carroll.

Friends will be received Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Hughes officiating.

Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton, Alabama.
