Our devoted Mother, Shirley Ann Wilson, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2024, at Grandview Medical Center. She was born October 10, 1945, to Dolphus and Leora Lovett of Thorsby Alabama. She was a wonderful, devoted wife and mother who leaves behind a legacy of strength and love.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 62 years, Willard C. Wilson. Shirley leaves behind six children: Steve Wilson (Sandra), Duane Wilson (Julie), Tami Vesek (Paul), Teena Wilson, Kent Wilson (Hope) and Tracy Bush (Anthony). She was a grandmother to ten grandchildren: Holly Wilson, Kendall Wilson, Brittany Martin, Brittney Glosson, Dakota Martin, Murphy Wilson, Michaela Nolin, PJ Vesek, Katherine Vesek, and Xander Bush, as well as eleven great grandchildren.
Mom was a devoted Christian who was known for her love for her family & friends.
Viewing will be on Saturday November 30, 09:30 at Martin Funeral Home, followed by a grave-side service at 11:00 at Mt. Nebo Church.
