Stephen Michael Alexander

Stephen Michael Alexander, 74, of Harpersville, Alabama passed away June 7, 2026, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama.

He was born February 15, 1952, in Alabama, son of the late Tullia Alexander and the late Ruby Alexander.

He was a Cabinet Maker. Hobbies included being a mechanic on just about everything and loved hunting, fishing and of course boat racing.

Surviving are his Wife, Erline Alexander; Daughter, Michelle (Chris) Van Houton; Daughter, Kyndall Alexander; Sister, Marilyn (John) Harris; Grandchildren, Jacob, Kendall, Drew, Lane, Madison, Keith, Hunter, Bella, Baylee; Great-Grandchildren, Braelyn, Jax, Annalee and Baker; A host of other family.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Tullia Percy Alexander; Mother, Ruby Mae Alexander; 9 brothers and sisters.

Friends will be received Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at University Highway Church of God.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at University Highway Church of God with Rev. Joey Boatright and Rev. Wally Helfenstine officiating.

Interment will follow in University Highway Church of God Cemetery, Maplesville, Alabama.
