Surviving are his Wife, Cheryl Mims of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Crystal Griffin of Clanton, AL; Granddaughter, Lillian Griffin of Clanton, AL; Parents, Eugene & Willodean Mims of Clanton, AL; Sister, Cynthia Connell of Clanton, AL; 2 Brothers, Barney Mims of Clanton, AL, Larry Minor of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Sister, Martha Ann Cleckler. Friends will be received from 11-1PM, Monday, April 26, 2010. Services will be held Monday, April 26, 2010, at 1:00PM. at Refuge Baptist Church with Rev. Doug West and Rev. Charles Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Refuge Baptist Cemetery.
