Surviving are Mother, Mary Sue Cleckler of Dothan, AL; Brother, Benny (Margaret) Payton of Maplesville, AL; 2 Sisters, Pennie Mims of Dothan, AL, Sherry (John) Ware of Southport, FL; Nephews, Joey Mims, B.J. Payton, Derek Payton; Nieces, Jessica Mims, Amber Ware, Amy Ware; Great-Niece, Brooklyn Mims; Great-Nephew, Joseph Speer, Jr.. Friends will be received from 5-8, Tuesday, October 13, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at 11:00 AM. at Billingsley Church of God with Rev.
