Teresa Moore Collins, 59, of Clanton died Friday, April 19, 2013 at her residence in Clanton. She was born on Thursday, February 4, 1954 in Jefferson Co., Alabama, Daughter of the late Ellis Moore and the late Edna Houston Moore . She was a Registered Nurse. She is survived by her husband, Jessie C. Collins of Clanton, AL and a Brother, Gerald Moore of Sylacauga, AL. Graveside Services will be held Monday, April 22, 2013, at 11:00 am. at Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton, AL with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery.
