She was born on Sunday, June 27, 1909 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Clyde Leon Pierce and the late Josephine Goodson Pierce. She was a School Teacher. Surviving are her 2 Brothers, Herbert (Ruth) Pierce, James Pierce; Half Brother, Buddy (Sue) Pierce; 2 Half Sisters, Joyce (Brad) Fitzgerald, Shirley Ann Owens; Sister-in-Law, Janet Pierce; Numerous Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 5-8, Sunday, November 28, 2010 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Monday, November 29, 2010, at 11:00 A.M.. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Olen Hutchins and Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Baptist Cem., Verbena, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
