Thomas Jerry COLLINS, 61, of Thorsby died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at UAB, Birmingham. He was born on Friday, February 13, 1948 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Orville Collins and the late Martha Cox Collins. He was a Millwright. Surviving are his Wife, Ann Collins of Thorsby, AL; 2 Daughters, Chanda (John), TN, Christa, TN; Sister, Jennifer (Nick) Nivens of Clanton, AL; 2 Brothers, Dale (Debra) Collins of Clanton, AL, Brent (Nancy) Collins of Clanton, AL; 5 Grandchildren, A Host of Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 5-8, Thursday, October 29, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, October 30, 2009, at 11:00 AM. at Victory Chapel Church with Rev.
