Thomas "Tommy" H. Gregg, 73, of Stanton died Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Tuesday, May 21, 1940 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Son of the late Clyde W. Gregg and the late Mary Frances Willis Gregg. He was a Store Owner. Surviving are Wife, Dee Dee Gregg of Stanton, AL; 4 Sons, Wes Gregg of Stanton, AL, Russell (Penny) Gregg of Stanton, AL, Johnny Gregg of Irondale, AL, Charles Kennedy of Jackson, MS; Brother, Billy (Earline) Gregg of Stanton, AL; 3 Granddaughters, Amy (Jay) Freeman, Harley Gregg (Zack) Brown & Dianna Kennedy; 3 Grandsons, Ethan Gregg, Benton Gregg & Dalton Kennedy; 3 Great Grandchildren, Katlyn Freeman, Coley Freeman & Macee Brown; Sister-in-law, Lou Ann Mendia; Brother-in-law, John (Darlene) Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Clyde & Frances Gregg and a Nephew, Gary Gregg. Friends will be received from 6-8, Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Sunday, August 11, 2013, at 2:00 pm. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Rasberry officiating. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery, Stanton, AL.
