Thomas "Larry" Gwathney, 70, of Prattville died Saturday, November 15, 2014. He was born on Wednesday, January 5, 1944 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of and the late Pauline Gwathney. He was a Retired Boiler Technician Chief Petty Officer. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Gaye Gwathney of Prattville, AL; Son, Mr. Daryl Chapman of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Ms. Teri Gwathney of Clanton, AL, Mrs. Angie (Randy) Dyches of Deatsville, AL; Sister, Mrs. June (Ray) Mann of Clanton, AL; Brother, Mr. Wayne (Liz) Gwathney of Montgomery, AL; Granddaughters, Mrs. Kristi (Wesley) Littlefield of Pike Road, AL, Ms. Erica Davis of Deatsville, AL, Ms. Kimber Davis of Deatsville, AL; Grandson, Mr. Jacob Davis of Maplesville, AL; Great-Grandson, Thomas Littlefield of Pike Road, AL. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Pauline Gwathney. Friends will be received from 12-1 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Steve Nulph officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. No flowers.
