Thomas Ira Ward, 67, of Montevallo died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Thursday, March 28, 1947 in Jefferson Co., AL, Son of the late Floyd Ward and the late Adele R. Wood Ward. Surviving are his Niece, Wanda Lynn Mclamore of Hoover, AL, Bobbie Mallet of Tuscaloosa, AL; Nephews, Jeffery Joel Frazier of Montevallo, AL, George C. Frazier of Alabaster, AL. Private graveside services will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Tony Smitherman officiating. Interment will follow in Concord Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama 35045.
