Velma C Easterling

Velma C. Easterling, 83, of Verbena, Alabama passed away February 16, 2020 at her residence. She was born May 13, 1936 in Clanton, Alabama, the daughter of the late Ellis Cleckler and the late Sally Cleckler. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her Son, Edwin (Charlotte) Easterling, Daughter, Donna Easterling, 8 Grandchildren, and 23 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father, Ellis Cleckler, Mother, Sally Bell Cleckler, Husband, Winston Easterling, Daughter, Debbie Easterling Hand, Son, Jerry Winston Easterling, and 12 Brothers and Sisters. Friends will be received Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Wendell Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in Edwards Family Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
