He was a Shop Foreman with Alabama Power. Surviving are his Wife, Ethel Baker Headley of Clanton, AL; 3 Sons, Danny Headley of Clanton, AL, Dudley (Laura) Headley of Cropwell, AL, Wally (Mary) Headley of Pinson, AL; 3 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter, 1 Great-Granddaughter; Sister, Myrtle Headley Ellison of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Lee & Maggie Headley, Brothers, Marvin, Oliver & Melvin Headley, Sisters, Lucille Headley Thompson and Alice Headley Littleton. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. at Pinedale Assembly of God Cemetery with Rev. Thurmond Cleckler officiating.
