Wayne Howard Cummings, 70, of Thorsby, Alabama passed away October 3, 2021 at his residence. He was born May 3, 1951 in Chilton County, Alabama, son of the late Judson Howard Cummings and of the late Mabel Smith Cummings. He loved the Lord and loved his family. He was a Foundry Worker and loved to farm. Surviving are his Wife, Linda Campbell Cummings; Daughter, Amanda Cummings (Jeremy) Mims; Son, Todd Dwayne (Vicki) Cummings; Granddaughters, Brittney (Michael) Rogers, Kaylee Cummings, Karlee Cummings, Tori Mims, Mesha Mims, Kinslee Cummings, Sydney Cummings; Grandsons, Chase (Kayla) Mims, Liam Cummings, Levi Cummings, Luke Cummings; Great-Granddaughters, Brylee Rogers, Jaslynn Mims, Kadyn Rogers; Great-Grandsons, Cale Rogers, Talon Mims; Brother, Larry (Frankie) Cummings; Sister, Tammy Cummings (Toby) Gilliland; and A Host of Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, Judson Howard Cummings; Mother, Mabel Cummings; Brother, Ronnie Cummings; Sister, Connie Cummings Cleckler; and Granddaughter, Ashlyn Nichole Cummings. Friends will be received Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church, 6326 County Road 5, Thorsby, Alabama 35171. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church with Brother Daryl Jones and Brother Matt Hilyer officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Bowman, Troy Gilliland, Barry Campbell, Johnathan Bowman, Dewayne Hines, Kevin Hines, and Michael Rogers. Martin Funeral Home directing.
