Jimmy Wayne Smith, 71, of Jemison died Saturday, June 1, 2019. He was born on Sunday, January 18, 1948 in Alabama, Son of the late John Curtis Smith and the late Mary Elizabeth Chadwick Smith. He was a Mechanic. Surviving are Companion, Lera Langston; Daughters, Teresa Smith, MeLisa Smith; Son, Jimmy Smith; Grandsons, Jordan (Brittany) Higginbotham, Leslie (Laura) Smith, Destin Brown; 1 Sister, 3 Brothers, Several Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, John Curtis & Mary Elizabeth Smith, Sister, Sally Duckworth, Brother, Jerry Smith. Friends will be received from 10-11, Tuesday, June 4, 2019 @ Mars Hill Baptist Church. Services will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at Mars Hill Baptist Church with Rev.
