William O'Neal Billingsley

Rev. William O'Neal Billingsley, 84, of Verbena, Alabama passed away October 1, 2021 in Millry, AL. He was born May 28, 1937 in Thorsby, Alabama, son of the late W. Grady Billingsley and the late Evelyn Billingsley. He loved the military and was a true patriot with the Alabama Army National Guard retiring as a LT. Colonel after 44 years of service. He served the Lord as a Pastor for over 47 years. Surviving are his Wife, Carolyn R. Billingsley; Daughter, Karen (Dana) Berry; Son, Rev. Randy (Lanette) Billingsley; 5 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Clark (Gayle) Billingsley; Sister, Sharon Shirah. He was preceded in death by his Father, W. Grady Billingsley; Mother, Evelyn Elizabeth Billingsley; and Sister, Mary Evans. Due to COVID-19 and family medical concerns the service will be for family only. His son Rev. Randy Billingsley will conduct the service along with his Brother, Clark Billingsley and Grandson, Ben Billingsley.
