William Lester Broome, 80, of Hoover died Saturday, February 9, 2013. He was born on Friday, February 26, 1932 in Alabama, Son of the late Floyd C. Broome and the late Ida McNutty Broome. He was a Paint Contractor. Surviving are Brothers, Marvin L. Broome, Sr., Leroy (Bobbie) Broome; Sisters, Dorothy Sofonia, Jean (John) Fortenberry; Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 1-2, Monday, February 11, 2013 @ Bethsalem Baptist Church. Services will be held Monday, February 11, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Bethsalem Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in Bethsalem Baptist Cemetery, . Martin Funeral Home directing. www.martinfuneralhomeinc.com
