He was born on Saturday, May 31, 1947 in Alabama, Son of the late William Henry Hay and the late Willie Merle Lockhart Hay. He was an Insurance Salesman. Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Margie Hay of Clanton, AL; Son, Mr. Greg Parker of Auburn, AL; 2 Daughters, Mrs. Lisa Parker Kidd of Douglasville, GA, Mrs. Tera Hay Ensio of Tucson, AZ; 7 grandchildren; Sister, Mrs. Donna Poole of Clanton, AL. Friends will be received from 5-8, Wednesday, December 17, 2008 @ Highland Baptist Church. Services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2008, at 11:00AM. at Highland Baptist Church with Rev.
