William A. Hilyer, 80, of Clanton, Alabama passed away February 7, 2020 at DCH Regional, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He was born January 23, 1940 in Chilton County, Alabama, son of Reedie Hilyer and Mary Driver Hilyer. He was a County Road Foreman. Surviving are his Sons, Greg Hilyer and Robert Hilyer; Sister, Sue (Don) Driver; Brother, Jimmy (Kay) Hilyer; and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Elaine W. Hilyer; Father, Reedie Hilyer; Mother, Mary Driver Hilyer. Friends will be received Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Temple Assembly of God Church, Clanton, Alabama. Services will be held Sunday, February 9, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. at Temple Assembly of God Church with Royce Ellison officiating. Interment will follow in Temple Assembly of God Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing.
