William Gerald Logan, 76, of Clanton, passed away on September 26, 2019 at Jackson's Hospital in Montgomery , AL. He was born on September 1, 1943 to James and Lucille Robinson Logan from Coopers, Alabama. William worked as a Press Operator for Clanton Advertiser. He was a member of Chairman of Deacons. William is survived by his loving Spouse, Maxine; Daughter, Anita McGowin; Son, John Logan; Granddaughters, Lindsey Whatley, Rachael Logan, Leah Tyler; Grandsons, James D Logan, Mark McGowin; Great-Grandsons, Vincent Whatley, Matthew Tyler, Nolan Whatley; Brother-in-law, Donnie Boggus. He was preceded in death by his Parents, James Henry Logan and Lucille Robinson Logan. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church, Coopers, Alabama.
