William Chandler Morgan, 81, of Jemison died Monday, February 13, 2017 at his residence. He was born on Monday, January 27, 1936 in Alabama, Son of the late Kyser Morgan and the late Willie Chandler Morgan. He was a Truck Driver. Surviving are his Son, Steven William Morgan (Charlotte) of Elmore, AL; Daughter, Lisa Renee Hayes (Daniel) of Clanton, AL; Grandsons, Matthew Chandler Morgan, Steven Tylar Morgan, Terry Hayes; Granddaughters, Hannah Memorie Hagans, Danielle Hayes; Great-Grandchildren, Alexus, Gracie & Colton Hagans; Brother, John Hugh Morgan of Chelsea, AL; Sister, Barbara Wesley of Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death by his 1st Wife, Annette Morgan; 2nd Wife, Barbara Morgan; Brothers and Sisters. Friends will be received from 6-8, Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Pates Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery, Jemison, AL.
