Willie C. Ray, 75, of Jemison died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He was born on Saturday, October 16, 1937 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Henry Clay Ray and the late Annie Elizabeth Noah Ray. He was a Laborer. Surviving are his Sons, Roger (Teresa) Ray of Clanton, AL, James (Mary) Ray of Thorsby, AL, Ricky (Carol) Ray of Jemison, AL, Frankie Ray of Jemison, AL; Brother, Bobby (Marysue) Ray of Jemison, AL; Sister, Faye (Calvin) Smitherman of Jemison, AL; 10 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Dorothy Ray, Sister, Jessie Mae Martin and Sister, Dean Moore. Friends will be received from 5-8, Thursday, January 10, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, January 11, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Posey Cemetery, Jemison, AL.
