Wilma Higgins Pate

Wilma Higgins Pate, 91, of Thorsby, Alabama passed away May 4, 2023, at Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

She was born August 2, 1931, in Alabama, daughter of the late William Higgins and the late Virginia Higgins.

She was a Teachers Aid.

Surviving are her Sons, Tim Pate and Mark (Rhonda) Pate; Grandchildren, Kelli (Garrick) Morgenweck, Kevin Pate, Krysta (Thomas) Thompson and Adam (Heather) Harden; Seven Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Jimmy (Peggy) Higgins and Sam (Cheryl) Higgins; a host of other Family.

She was preceded in death by her Father, William Higgins; Mother, Virginia Higgins; Husband, Calvin Pate; Siblings, Joyce Hicks, Henry Higgins, Dorothy Benson and Don Higgins.

Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Thorsby Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jason Green officiating.

Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery, Thorsby, Alabama.
