He was born on Thursday, September 27, 1934 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Albert Martin and the late Mattie Myrtle Gothard Martin. He was a Machine Operator. Surviving are his Son, Billy Wayne (Sharon) Martin of Jemison, AL; 2 Sisters, Marie Avery of Clanton, AL, Jeanette Langston of Thorsby, AL; Brother, E.C. Martin of Greenpond, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Daughter, Joyce Giles, Daughter, Judy Davis and Son, Mitchell Martin. Friends will be received from 5-8, Monday, April 30, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
