Woodie Herman Cummings, 80, of Clanton, Alabama passed away April 23, 2026, at his residence.

He was born February 12, 1946, in Alabama, son of the late Johnnie Cummings and the late Johnny Ruth Jack Cummings.

He retired as a Foreman in the Construction Industry. He was a loving father and grandfather. He loved woodworking and never met a stranger.

Friends will be received Monday, April 27, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Union Grove Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1:00 pm. at Union Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Austin Lovette, Pastor Doug West, and Pastor Kenneth Wren officiating.

Interment will follow in Jones Cemetery , Jemison, Alabama.
