Zackery Shane Drinkard

Zackery Shane Drinkard, 25, of Jemison, Alabama passed away March 6, 2023 in Clanton, Alabama.

He was born September 27, 1997, in Alabama, son of Shane Drinkard and Keisha Drinkard.

He was employed with The Bridge Builders as a heavy machine operator. He graduated from Jemison High School Class of 2015 and briefly studied Electrical Engineering at ITT Tech in 2016. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and raced BMX Bikes with The Elite Racing Team. Spending time with his family was #1 to him. He loved bow hunting, bass fishing and playing his guitar when he wasn't working out at the gym.

Zack was one of the most beautiful human beings one could ever have the pleasure of knowing; kind, handsome, polite, gentle, patient and thoughtful. Family and Jesus, Music and fun, work and his BIG RED TRUCK were his life. He made sure that everyone else was doing good and THAT is what made him happy.

Surviving are his Mother, Keisha Drinkard; Father, Shane Drinkard; Sister, Ashley Drinkard; Paw Paw, Donald (Mrs. Judy) Hulsey; Nana Beth, Beth Wideman; Aunt, Tracey Drinkard; Uncle, Danny (Aunt Sandi) Drinkard; Cousins, Josh Cork, Taba Cork, Cody (Courtney) Chapple, Colton Drinkard, Jackson Cork; Numerous extended family.

He was preceded in death by his Pops, Wayne Drinkard; Nana, Janice Drinkard,; Buddy Wideman; Dylan Ace Drinkard.

Friends will be received Friday, March 10, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Jemison First Baptist Church.

Services will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Jemison First Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Wyatt officiating.

Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, Alabama.
